The exam was really testing knowledge and application as well. Long questions were really confusing. What was the manager supposed to do about this team leader who was performing exceptionally well but juss had some unpleasing manners which made other members request to leave.?????
l think the manager is supposed to take the team leader and talk to him in private and start monitoring the changes.

@mamo, i also thought like that but on the other side i had this that it might be a personality which is difficult to change…..Thank God I have passed
@chicazeez, Yes you are right..Multiple choice qns!@tauraversatile l cnt tell which which am praying that have passed to thats one disadva of paper based, lets hope f2 wont screw me up.

@ chicazeez ..honestly speaking, Dec exams were a disaster and a bunch of pple have bn repeating as a result of dec disaster! It seems to be approachable this time< Lets wait and :)

may i know about what the question come out? ^^
hey i think the exam was ok but some of the question was confusing i also think the manager should have talked to his employee in private. anyone no the answer to the group question storming etc. i really hope i passed
The questions required too much thought (in my opinion), and some were kinda too long and somewhat confusing for multiple choice. Remember we only get 2.5 minutes max on a question. Question 5 (not sure if its 5) was excessively long just for you to figure out who was talking about a competency framework.
The question about the team member who was doing well but had a bad attitude towards his colleagues; I think the answer is for the supervisor to speak to him in private. This is because the question did not say that he was spoken to b4 in regards to his attitude and something like this usually require a verbal warning first.
The other question about the group; I had initially chosen performing but then I changed my answer to norming after I re-read the question.
overall I didn’t like this paper.
for the group question i have performing and can someone tell me the answer for the competency question still don’t know what it is.
i had the guy who had to have his supervisor sign off on his work. what he described fit more with competency, i think.

well! generally, everything was ok but the long questions didn’t allow to revise all my answers. but insha’Allah e go bee!!
can any1 tell me the answer regarding “unemployment”?da question wz smthn like “wrong timing,wrong place” is it structural/seasonal?

The questions were long. They required much time for analysis and make good decision. Most of the questions were very tricky. Looks like ACCA was challenging the students.
