In which situation or case leapfrog procedure is used ?

Hi Where the High Court has made a decision that is based on precedent from the Court of Appeal, there's no point in taking your appeal to the Court of Appeal because they too are bound be their own earlier decision So you may find that you are allowed to take your appeal to the Supreme Court because the Supreme Court is nOT bound by that earlier Court of Appeal decision All clear?
