hello and thank you for taking time to read my post. I graduated from the univeristy of london international programme thus got exempted for the subject f7 and therefore having problems with p2 a bit since i dont have that basic knowledge, anyone have any advice.
August 20, 2014 at 11:34 am #191639i have got the p2 notes but as fair it doesnt go too much into the basics, anyway i can catch up?
August 20, 2014 at 11:35 am #191640Maybe, as a refresher you should download F7 notes and revise (watch F7 lectures.. ) to have a solid start into P2..
August 20, 2014 at 11:45 am #191642I thought about that, but since im doing three p subjects plus work , i thought there might be a easier way but i guess there is no choice. Thank you for your time
August 20, 2014 at 12:27 pm #191643are there any chapters i can omit like i read that we can omit the first 6 chapter of f9 if we are doing p4. Im asking this cause i will be doing p4 too
August 20, 2014 at 2:26 pm #191663The only way that is easier than catching up on the basics is by stealing a copy of the exam before December and memorising the answers. But that would be unethical as well as being dishonest so I’m afraid it’s back to F7 detailed notes for you. You can probably omit chapter 1 but that’s about it (Oh, and the chapter with a specimen set of financial statements full of “x”s)
If you choose not to work through the F7 course notes then you will find P2 is a struggle – sorry! I could say that that is the price you pay for applying for and being granted the exemption! Every silver lining has a cloud 🙁
August 20, 2014 at 3:51 pm #191682I guess so but thank you for your answer 🙂 Got to get to it then.
Thanks again and for the notes - AuthorPosts
