    Passed my PM exam on the 3rd attempt !! Got 51%, O my, my !! I’m so emotional right now !! ? I passed despite leaving 9 Marks in section C !! Didn’t have time !! Sir John Moffat, thank you so much, you’re my hero !! It wouldn’t have been possible without you. My exam was taken by a self study approach & open tuition resources.

    Suggestions for candidates who couldn’t make it first time : Don’t give up, if u have failed, i was there, I know how it feels, I failed first 2 attempts with 34% & this time I passed leaving 9 marks from Section C. Its about the exam technique. Read the technical articles & practice section C from ACCA past Papers & practice platform, I didn’t do section C from the Kit !!

    Never give up !! All of you are special & can make it 🙂 🙂 !!

    Failed with 42%
    This makes no sense.
    In march attempt i left out 14 marks in section C and got 44%
    In june i literally guessed section B answers due to having no time and barely answeed 1 section C question and got 44%

    This time i answer everything, provided detailed responses to address everything
    Had 30 mins to recheck and failed with an even lower mark 42%!!!?? Acca is a complete joke

    @jonny138

    Brother, you can check where u went wrong in detailed exam history, they give a feedback!! Make sure to use the exam technique properly, I’m sure its the exam technique that u are lacking,not the technical knowledge. I failed with 34% twice & this time I passed with 51% leaving 9 marks in section C I didn’t have time. Its all about exam technique.

    @kvz911

    Thats what i did this time. I focused heavily on exam technique.
    I watched steve willis webinars (Acca teacher) and everything.
    I do not understand these failures.

    I even failed AA and i work in b4 audit

    U can make it brother. Don’t worry, just check where u went wrong & focus on concepts, PM is very conceptual !! All the best for upcoming exam !!

    Don’t lose hope, I know it’s never easy to put together so much hard work. I myself failed 2 attempts and passed in 3rd attempt.

    Hi! Please tell me how to approach the detailed exam history? Will it show the marks for each part at least?

    I’ve got 64 marks on my first attempt, but to be honest I do not feel satisfied, as I was (like many) sure that I had answered all more or less in the correct way. Now I’m confused by not understanding where I lost my marks and how could I do better..

    @valeryis

    I thought I would score something like 75% ish, but Ended up passing with borderline 51%. I left 9 marks & did not have time to answer !!

    Acca has high experienced examiners team marking our answers maybe, they would only allow a mark if it is valid & relevant.

    And the exam feedback should be Available, under details exam history in my acca account. But they are now limiting information to view the marks only. It should be updated soon & yes they will.be showing the marks % but not specific questions.

    58 for first attempt. i studied with open tuition, self study and i did bpp all section A and B but section C only some (make sure cover all parts)

    total study is 103 hours. this is the most study time ive ever done. i would advice people to set study time more than 90 hours no matter what you study on. and do questions.
