Failed in the June sitting with 40. Passed today with 56. Very happy as all finished and I thought it could have easily been a fail. Best of luck to everyone receiving results.

50% pass. It was 6th attempt, please do not give up! I was nearly to give up, I decided to try last 6th attempt having kids of 4 years and 3 months (I am mum), I wanted so much to become affiliate but was already desperate. My advice: if you have only one paper left like it was in my case with AFM, do not give up and you will pass it!

I failed again. Why do I keep failing? No matter how much I try I keep failing. I losing all hope. I'm planning to write sbr this mar and I feel like I'm going to fail that too. All friends are passing and I'm 23 and still like his. Jobless and worthless. I feel like I'm burdening my parents.

48 - fail. Everyone was complaining after the exam due to the question selection and I am SHOCKED I did this well. First fail of this paper and only second in the entire experience. Whatever, I'll get it next time, when they pick some mainstream topics.

Yooooo man. Don't ever call yourself worthless. It's demeaning, you're better than that. What you need to do is change strategies. You may not always pass, but you have to keep trying. You made it this bloody far, so keep it moving my guy. The best advice for AFM is to prioritize doing past papers and revision kit questions rather than focusing so much on theory. Whatever theory you pick up from past paper questions will work well for you. And give yourself adequate time. It's not a god damn race I was trying to do sbr and afm together and I couldn't even bring myself to the exam room so I decided to split them and do each separately, but I gave myself adequate time, January 2022-june 2022 for SBR July 2022- December 2022 for AFM. Trust me it's worth it.

65 and very shocked, I hoped to scrape a pass but expected a fail. Attempt all questions and showing workings, and even if incomplete or incorrect must be why. Thanks OpenTuition - Used OT for seven exams and passed all first time, no textbooks but lots of past papers. One exam left but thinking ATX so no more OT :(

Hi, pls share some study tips for AFM. Doing the revision kit and Past papers itself enough to pass this paper? Is there any memory work to be done? pls, help! Not sure where I'm slacking off

Passed on first attempt 58%,i am shocked but happy.i didn’t attempt the last question so i was expecting a fail.

Passed on my 5th attempt! Wanted to give up after every fail but pushed myself every time to try "one more time". Glad I did. One more exam to go. Thanks Open Tuition

It was one of those papers where majority of the questions came from my weakest areas. I knew I had failed but thought I did worse than the 46% I achieved. Expected in the 30’s. Can’t say I’m happy about failing as it’s my last paper but to have done better than expected given the exam conditions I’m actually pretty confident I can pass in March

The same here, I passed AFM on my 4th attempt! I am glad I did not give up after all the previous fails and happy to move on to my next paper SBL. Congrats on everyone who has passed. For those who have not this time, you will know exactly how to pass on your resit. Do not question your ability to pass.

Passed AFM with 67 as my final paper, which was quite a challenging one in my opinion. A great thanks again to the whole OT team for providing such a helpful resource for free. I hope I can give back a little with my donation, so that future students can benefit as well from your support, knowing that the received benefit from the OT lectures is far more valuable. Congrats to everybody getting qualified and best luck for all still on their journey to becoming an ACCA member!

57%, thought I’d failed tbh so now in a rush to study SBL for March. Glad/relieved AFM is behind me though. Best of luck to those who are going again in March, no doubt you’ll get it next time.

i have failed sbl 5 times to get pass so i deeply understood your frustration. i passed afm on 2nd attempt. i practiced many many times on all afm past paper questions till i felt i could complete them on time. Unlike sbl, afm can get pass just by practicing past exam questions.
