1- Did they try to recall the message for those who did not open it ?2- Does this mean the others who did not get the message fail their exam? As it is not realistic if the system will not select all students who passed !!
3- As the error happened and to consider the others feelings and the level of tension to whom did not get the email, it is advisable to release the result ASAP without waiting till Monday !
YES YES YES – this is absolutely official response – I am going to get some sleep and suggest you all do likewise. I reinforce messages – if you have received congratulations – congratulations to you!- you will have confirmation on Monday. If you have not received e-mail you must not assume that you have not passed an exam; e-mails are sent in tranches (as evidenced by different wording) – not all will have gone out because ACCA was alerted to the issue; some may have been recalled (I don’t know but is not impossible); some may have got held up in spam filters; some of you may not have your most up-to-date contact details in MyACCA – there are simply LOTS of valid reasons why you have not received an e-mail but will find on Monday that you have passed.
Honestly not holding out much hope, better for me mentally to assume I’ve failed and Monday will either just give me confirmation or a happy surprise. If I’ve got less than 45 though I’ll be pretty unhappy. Hopefully December exam has some topics I’m strong on like EVA, Risk or Budgeting.
The worse thing here is you know you have failed even before ACCA announces it. The worst is ACCA does not even care.
Then what these emails mean?
Do we pass the exams or not???? ??I’m not a finalist and I received the survey email, what does this mean??
So are we going to ignore the fact that ACCA is making blunders again and again and have such weak system of IT that it always fails to cope up the mistakes, this makes me believe how our things gets marked and doubts me that they might make such blunders in marking too!
This is SUCH highly unprofessional by ACCA.There is no need for acca keeping the results till Monday. Let them just release today

3 IT technologies to improve its professional performance ….This is a complete control issue. This of course damages the credibility of scoring.
@oreke I know right why wait up when they unintentionally leaked the result, let all students know the result and move on.
Although it’s pretty clear who is passed and who is failed now.
By the way got no email here except survey one.

@anupolromeoh that’s what I am saying, how come we trust on their score credibility when they are making blunders in small n easy area of emails ??

What survey email u received. I received one that said “how can we improve your experience”. What did u receive and when
I’ve recieved this e-mail and I have done ethics + PER + 36 months and this was my final exam. My understanding is that now, after passing last exam, I’m automatically ACCA Affiliate and then I need to apply for membership to become ACCA member.
I had positive feeling after the exam which went reasonably well but still I’m not sure if e-mail is true. I’ll be furious if it turns out I failed last exam.
