When the book says that a full time executive director should not take on more than one NED role in a FTSE 100 company, what does that means?
    Thank you

Our AA notes make no reference to FTSE so I don’t know where you are seeing this. Since FTSE is a UK-specific term, I don’t think it can be examinable in AA. If you’d like to elaborate, I can try and clarify – what is it that you don’t understand? “executive”? “NED role”? “FTSE 100”?
