I was awarded the Oxford Brookes Degree in Period 39. I still haven’t received my original degree certificate. On enquiry, I was informed that the period 39 certificates were dispatched and was given a tracking ID.
However I couldn’t fetch the tracking information of my certificate after the date 13 November 2020. It says that my shipment is in transit from 13 November 2020 in the Royal Mail website.
I have tried calling Royal Mail many many times but they haven’t responded. I am in an urgent need for my certificates. I do not know anyone in UK who could inquire about it for me.
What should I do ?

I have received the transcript and pass letter via email and via post. But not the certificates.
December 16, 2020 at 7:48 am #600101Your certificate would have been sent to the address that was held on file. Presumably you have downloaded the Royal Mail app? The issue is that once it left the UK mail probably can’t be tracked on a daily basis (if wholly in the UK it shows the progress through the system by mail hubs and depots)
Everything is done online these days plus the fact that most UK workers are working from home, there is probably limited manning of phone lines and even if you spoke to someone they probably couldn’t give you any more info than the app. It is frustrating but that has been the nature of 2020…
