The following has been copied from the relevant section of ACCA’s contact us page:
We’re sorry if you experienced technical issues with your remote exam.
ONLY students who experience technical issues are permitted to rebook their exam and will be required to provide information on the technical issues. Students who don’t attempt to check-in for their exam or who don’t experience technical issues during the exam will not be permitted to rebook.
The quickest and easiest way to rebook is to SELF-SERVE and rebook your exam for week commencing 14 March. https://myacca.accaglobal.com/
Please access our timetable for contingency guidance on which exams are taking place on what day. https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/exam-timetables/remote-session-cbe-timetable.html
For help in completing the self-serve process you can watch our video help guide https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/about-our-exams/remote-exams/remote-session-exams/on-exam-day/remote-session-exam-withdrawal-videos.html
Please select the option to re-book on your exam planner. It’s important to note that by selecting the rebook option your week 1 exam will not be marked or reinstated.
Once submitted you’ll receive instant confirmation.
Please don’t submit more than one request for each exam.
All bookings are subject to availability, to mitigate against any capacity issues we may experience.
Please rebook your exam WITHIN 24hrs of your exam taking place.
March 10, 2022 at 4:56 pm #650880i cant exam today due to the exam planner show YOU are not authorized to access in, so i call customer service and he ask me rebook after 60 minutes of the exam time , but after few hour my exam planner show the relevant exam status is awaiting exam result, i send email to acca but no respond, does anyone encounter this problem and any advice?
March 10, 2022 at 6:15 pm #650897Please check your emails including spam folders for an email “ACCA Examinations – March 2022 – Technical Issue Notification”
If you don’t have, you need to contact ACCA Connect again https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/footer-toolbar/contact-us/opening-hours.html and specify that you were unable to LAUNCH the exam (which is the only reason that I am aware of why you can’t see rebook/withdraw options against your exam booking).
March 11, 2022 at 3:57 am #650960Hi, I faced the same issue, The option to rebook will show up around 24 hours after your paper ends.
Just note however, that rebook means you’ll have to pay the exam fee for that paper again. I’m still trying to figure out how I can get a refund of some sort.
March 11, 2022 at 6:58 am #650968A student advises on another post:
“Please note that after choosing the date, you’re directed back to the ACCA web site to make a payment. On the right you see a credit balance. You have to press on the payment button there. You don’t have to pay anything, but if you don’t click the button, the exam isn’t confirmed!”
March 11, 2023 at 5:34 am #681060i have completed my exams, but i still see the rebook button that appeared on my profile? Does this indicate that my exams were not successfully completed?
I also see the message exams attempted.
March 11, 2023 at 9:24 am #681079@Niceguy34 – please note that you have posted to a thread that is a year old.
If you have concerns see first at the bottom of this page, there is a “Check your exam has been submitted video”:
If you still have concerns you need to contract ACCA directly – https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/footer-toolbar/contact-us.html
(OpenTuition has no visibility of individual student’s accounts/status, etc.)
September 5, 2023 at 12:25 am #691362When are we allowed to rebook acca exam ?
September 5, 2023 at 7:50 am #691380Links to information were provided in this post …. when your exam would ordinarily have finished.
September 9, 2023 at 8:36 am #691789Hi, In the contingency week, do we get the same exam paper as in the original week or is it a different exam paper. If so then is it not an advantage to those taking the exam in the contingency week. Thanks
September 9, 2023 at 9:32 am #691792Short answer: Of course not.
That would clearly undermine the rigour of the examining process.
Even on the 1st week exam day there is more than one set of questions for each exam.
And ACCA is of course alert to candidates who deliberately scupper their 1st week exam in order to have another bash at an exam in the 2nd week.
September 10, 2023 at 11:31 pm #691869Has anyone encounter this problem? ‘Sorry, it’s not possible to plan and book exam at this time. Please try again later.’
September 11, 2023 at 10:30 am #691876General advice for web/myACCA access/update issues:
“clear cookies and cache browser – close browser and try again” – I have had favourable reports of this working
Failing that, to contact ACCA either by telephone +44 (0)141 582 2000 or via https://forms.accaglobal.com/contact-us
