Any special preparations required to pass Performance Management paper in 1st try?

Gutted failed PM with 42% as I left full 20 mark question on risk and uncertainty. I even asked the lecture 2days prior if it was possible for it to come up on a section C question and he clearly told me yes but I still messed up as I just struggled to understand it. Same happened with FM got 46% yet again had risk and uncertainty for a 8mark question. So sad

passed with 57% first attempt with the help of only opentuition.com and bpp e-kit

I have finally passed!!! Sat this exam three times, results sat on the 46% give or take a point every time, so a frustrating journey but I have finally passed!!! over the moon to have conquered this in 2020! For anyone who hasn't passed this time and maybe it was their second third or fourth attempt. Don't let giving up be an option. The best driver doesn't necessarily pass first time. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to sit it several times, because that knowledge is stuff I won't forget easily, as I have gone over it and over it and over it. Exam technique is my major downfall and just generally nerves affect my performance I think. However practicing several practice papers in exam condition meant I felt calmer on the day.

Don't give up. passed it on my 5th try. I would suggest buying the kaplan study text to go along with opentution videos.

Finally passed 55% on my 3rd attempt. Was convinced I had failed miserably after running of out time and not starting the final question on section C.

got 56% only but i am not complaining. passed both the PM and FM exams on my first attempt with barely 3 weeks of study time for both papers. i just relied solely on OT's notes.
