I sat in Manchester too and there were Tax people. I was sat right in the middle of them all and it caused a right disturbance around me as they left. I am considering raising this concern with ACCA, will you be doing the same?

For the stakeholders questions are my points relevants?

What about the points of 5 forces? I even did porter diamond along with 5 forces in which I wrote. Factors condition: they had the necessary medical supplies required for the medication of the animals as a well as trained staff due to training provided to them. Demand condition: the demand of the wildlife park was increasing as the revenue of the park increased due to rise in the cafe costs and admission fee which was used for extending the park. Supported industries: There was no support for the industry as they were purely established and the only one in the country without any help. Competitive rivalry. The competition was low but there could be competition with the industries established outside the country and a new organisation could be established as well. Are the points of 5 forces and porter diamond relevant ?

The paper wasn't really too much to read within the allocated time. However, time management was of essence.I just hope it goes well for the marking.

I don't know I think sticking to donors and ignoring the rest is wise. Not sure a charity really has much more responsibility than to its donors and understanding and fulfilling their wishes. The argument that I would make to support this is that the wider group e.g. governments and local community may benefit from the charities actions but if they are not a direct stakeholder i.e. a donor then their claim on the charity is limited barring any harm/interference caused to their agency directly by the charities action. This is because if they are not donating to the cause of the charity it is something they are likely not prioritising in their own decision making and thus the charity really doesn't have a responsibility to consider their wishes in most cases.

The principle would be govt and agent would be organisation cause it’s a public sector and had a wildlife park. The organisation follows the rules of the govt and the money is generated by the organisation has being used to Protect the environment for the public as well as wildlife creatures . The money is being spent on the public. It even stated that the govt has being reduced to establish low cut prices for the cafe in wildlife park. Hope this is correct ?

Is my point relevant?because parks is a property which is owned by government hence the wildlife park. The cafe would also be owned by the government, the only thing is that the employee who is running it has to pay rent for it

But in the scenario they owned a wildlife park and park are suppose to be the property of the government. Plus they were spending money to benefit the public such as improving the environment and extending the wildlife park to improve the facilities

And in the scenario it was told that the charitable organization and wildlife park are public sector. Hence a Public sector is a sector which is controlled and owned by the government

Currently I'm completing EPSM before sitting SBL. Some of the module topics are familiar to me, because I already passed APM :) . From SBL perspective EPSM seems quite useful. Many of the module subjects are directly related to SBL syllabus.
