Pass with 85% cool!

How do some people get very high marks in these papers? 70-80s someone please advise

Yayyy. Can;t believe it. I passed at first attempt by self study although I had not given p1 earlier. I passed at 61. lucky me :D Credit goes to OT for sure

Congratulations. Even I didn't get my results via email as I always did. I finally got my result when I logged in to myACCA.

I would not waste your time, only option is administrative review, it costs money and it won't change the results. Your papers are not remarked they only check the marks you got were added up correctly.

Firs attempt i failed with 40%

Failed..42% first attempt (one mark better than my P1 which also failed) :(

Hi Chief, the answer to you question actually is very simple. I have been self studying from the first exam, I have only books and kits, no additional support. I must mention that I work very demanding job in a multinational comp. with a lot of overtimes... And on all exams I gained preaty high marks, and I never failed any exam, all passes from first attemp simply by the following strategy: You just have to study, study, study and then study a bit more until you get sick from studying :-) You have to sacrifise and invest a lot of work in your study. Never study selectively, but study as if everything will be questioned. Simple as that :-D Believe me, this workes allways. There is no such thing as "horrible" exam, all of them are passible... on first attemp. You know what is also very big motivator for me? When I think about how would it be if I would have to study the same exam in 6 m again :-) At that moment I think "no way!!!!" and simply give my best. I hope this will motivate some of you. You just have to work hard!!!

so happy got 82% on my first attempt now left with two optionals

The exam was just too time pressured. Only managed a 60%

Hah that's also my biggest motivation-I don't want to study again the same....:) Passed with 64%, also taken P1 and P2:)
