Wow that's a great mark! Congrats!! What study materials did you use?
@msuvoroff said: Failed with first attempt. feeling depressed as can not stop 2,5 year of failure with my last 3 examsDont be depressed Mila and dont give up. I also had trouble with F7 (pass on 3rd or 4th attemptbi think) and P2 (1st attempt pass). I realised these exams need me to come out of my comfort zone way of studing and do loads of questions and plenty of number crunching (esp for f7 ...which i hate cause it boring). Once i accepted that it was ok...i passed both comfortably and now Im an affiliate. We all have different ways of studying and some exams need us to find news ways that are different from before. Let me know if you need any advice that you think i can help you with and Im sure many ppl here would be happy to offer advice!
Passed with 67%. Thought I would fail but thank God I made it at first attempt.
Passed!
Passed with 50. Total shock but I'll take it!!
Hi I passed with 52%. I put my result down to God. I never finished the paper not only that, I spent 2:15hrs on the first question and only had 0:45 mins to do the two other questions. I still cannot believe it. Glory be to God..
Pass p1 p2 score 50 for both. Thank god
Passed first attempt with 50%. Thankful to God and all the resources available from this forum. Thanks to all the great lecturers of OT!
In this paper most students spend a lot of time on Q1 as it yields good results if it is well attempted. (It has 50 marks).
My advice to all who are yet to do this paper is to revise very thoroughly on consolidation which is always examined in Q1 and read thoroughly the technical articles and financial press for Q4.
50% first attempt!
Only 2 options to go and I'm done.
@hamsterham said: Failed again with 37%. Resitting in September. Need to do more question practice I think.Colleague!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not believe you should do this the next sitting; but give yourself more time to practice under exam conditions and better prepared for the BIG one - marks over 80's. The cost of the exam is expensive and this time you may further destroy your SPIRIT - success. It is my suggestion, with this marks there is a lot more which contribute to your failed marks. Yes - the exams was time consuming and tricky; but with the requisite knowledge, skills and time management - we ALL had a chance to succeed. Regards,
pass at 65 marks

Good luck to all resitting P2!
pass with 56%
I have no idea how but I passed. I scraped through at 51 but a pass is still a pass and I see others have got similar marks, so I'm thinking we can't all just be lucky and we did demonstrate the needed skill and knowledge to pass. Well done all that did, and good luck for those that didn't for next time (don't give up, I nearly did and that would have been such a waste!). Thanks OT your notes made the complex texts much easier to understand - got me to the end!
