Thank you magdapaczoska. It was my first attempt for both and I have to admit that my heart was about to break when I received the email!
Hey floralin, what changes did you make second time to pass? How long did you take to cover everything ?
First time pass 62%… Thank God! And And a Big thank you to John and the Open tuition team.. and also everyone participating to forum discussion. CBE definitely needs a lot of practice to be comfortable with. This was one of the hardest and most disheartening exam.
Pass 60% first attempt! Thanks a lot open tuition !!!
Keep going those who failed!Passed first time with 66, cannot believe it!! Was resigned to failure after the exam…this was my first ACCA exam, I found out about Open Tuition after I had taken it but will definitely be using OT for the next one! 🙂
Passed first time with 58! I couldn’t attempt one of the C questions so I spent the remaining 20 – 25 minutes going through section A & B again – must of worked!
Passed, Third time attempt 53% , thank you open tuition and I give the glory to God. i believe God was really on my side and he saw me through. For those who failed, don’t loose hope, keep trying and practice a lot, you will make it.
i know how devastating this feels, looking at how close you were to making it. I got 49% on my first attempt, it broke my heart, but be courageous, this is an opportunity for you to spring back up even higher, hopefully next time you will make it. Good luck

After failed results came out, I re-booked my next exam very quickly for June exam, and review my the most weakness parts, I mean budget system and variances which spend around 20 days, then 10 days for Chapter A and Chapter, with BPP Book and BPP review kit, I never do mock, I know do mock will help a lot, but I never finish my exam, always have no time for covering my last big 20′ marks question. However, in exam, if some questions are so hard, i will pass directly and not to waste time to try, even though still feel no enough time to cover all questions. By the way, I am full-time job and self study.
