    Hi

    As keswwick acquired Derwent on 01 June one month profits should go to preacquisition but in your working you have shown entirely in consolidated p&l

    1st June is the start of the year not one month after the start of the year. Therefore there is no pre-acquisition profits. Thank you

    Im pretty sure he said somewhere that under 3 months is not mid year acquisiton
