    Are these lectures applicable for the Dec 22 sitting?

    In real life,does the audit committee actually reviews the work of the External Auditors ?

    Not the routine work, but is there was a problem (eg one that might give rise to a modified opinion) the audit committee is likely to discuss with the auditors what might be done. Similarly, if subsequently an error was discovered in released accounts, the AC would be very interested in understanding how the auditors missed the error.

    There is a problem in lecture 25 which is not same as thier topic but other topic was repeated on this place so please sir I need lecture about organisational audit and control.I shall be very thankful to you.
