To remove a auditor after completion of one year from appointment is special resolution required or ordinary resolution and is it special business
Ordinary resolution, special notice, special business
NOT special resolution
The first AGM must be held within 18 months of incorporation. So that gets us to 31 October, 2016
Subsequent AGMs must be held no more that 15 months after the previous AGM. So that gets us to 31 January, 2018
But according to the law (and the case Gibson v Barton) there shall be at least one AGM in each (calendar) year and if you choose 31 January, 2018 then there has been no AGM in 2017

Dear Sir,
For the above question, I chose answer (B) but the system is showing answer (A) as the correct answer. Please let me know whether this is a technical error or indeed (A) is the correct answer.
