Hi
Do i have to remember the case name and the case or can i just state the case name.
zahreddine says
Hello,
I’m sitting for F4 (Global) in this June, and most of the lectures of opentuition.com are dealing with the English variant.
Where can I find lectures that deal with the global variant.
Thanks for the support.
MikeLittle says
If you were to read earlier posts, you would see that there are no global dedicated lectures. HOWEVER, around 60% / 70% of the law papers are the same – check out the exams for English and Global from, say, last December and from memory there were 6 questions exactly the same.
If you get on top of the syllabus areas that coincide, you’re then left with “international organisations”, “administration” and “sale of goods”as three virtually guaranteed questions in Global variant F4 paper.
Combined, that should give you a reasonable basis for passing this paper!
zahreddine says
Thank you! that was very helpful.
rhwesley says
make sure that you finish BPP’s revision kit . i found it to be very useful for the exam in december
brooksmart says
how can I download de video …plz help
MikeLittle says
You can’t – only the notes are down-loadable. It’s the only way we can keep the site free
vashti says
can anyone please tell me if the any changes in dis paper(F4)between 2012 to present (2014 June)? please and thank u,
MikeLittle says
Since 2012 the syllabus now includes also Treasury Shares and the Bribery Act. (I cannot remember if they were in 2012 syllabus, but those are the two most recent changes)
OK?
shapnil says
Hi guys, i am a f4 Global law student for june’13. I never seen the ENG variant. Can anyone pls identify, which lectures of ENG version would be similar to global variant? Thanks
opentuition_team says
like it says on the page: Lectures from Chapter 5 onwards are valid for the ENG and Global variant of Paper F4
gyanmichael says
Hi, if am studying F4(Global) can i still use this lectures?
MikeLittle says
@gyanmichael, If you check the Global variant against the English variant for December 2012 you’ll see that 6 of the questions are EXACTLY the same.
So, yes, you can – substantially

captmario says
Hello there, thanks for the audio/video lectures, can you please tell me what parts of the syllabus are not covered in these audio/video lectures? Like employment and agency law is not covered and what other parts are not covered? i hardly have anytime left for prepration of F4, so im just going to refer to these lectures alongside past papers and be hopeful that i will pass, i dont have time to cover all the study text book. so i will be very grateful sir if you can tell me which parts are not present here so i can study a overview of them from study text instead.
Also i would like to know if these audio/video lectures along with combo of past papers can be enough to pass in exam? ( also ill study the parts not in these video lectures from study text ) is this enough? and i seriously will be very thankful if you can pass on some tips on what should i be doing, as i hardly have much time left 🙂 Thanks alot!
MikeLittle says
@captmario, That’s just about it – employment and agency – oh, and also capital maintenance.
If you fully understand the lectures and you work religiously through the past questions in a reputable revision kit, you could have a realistic chance of passing in December
latoyah says
@MikeLittle, after my experience with F5 i’m not sure i trust the revision kits. it doesnt seem to cover everything.
hiwad says
i would like to start acca from f4 is it possible ? i will do F1 F2 F3 as well but latter first i want to do f4
MikeLittle says
@hiwad, I think that, if you entered for F1 – F4 and then didn’t attend for the first three, you could find that you have passed F4 before actually attempting any of the first three. However, it’s a very expensive way of starting out in your quest to be ACCA qualified
MikeLittle says
@hiwad, I think that, if you were to enter for all four exams F1 – F4, and then not turn up for the first three, you could find that you have passed F4 before even attempting any other exam. However, this sounds like a very expensive way of starting out on your quest to become ACCA qualified
