Hi, "Discuss the factors that should be considered in formulating the working capital policy on the management of trade receivables" Are they asking about the factors in determining the level of working capital investment in current assets?

No. It is asking specifically about the management of receivables. E.g. what payment terms to they give customers, what credit checks on customers, whether to offer a discount, when to chase old debts etc. etc..
