Sir in your F9 lecture notes and videos I could not find the various approaches to Working capital Investment policy. Could you please lead me to that particular video or if possible explain me in brief what the different approaches mean?

If you really mean investment policy, then there are different policies for the investment in each item of working capital – receivables, payables, inventory, and cash. This is explained in Chapter 3 (there is actually a heading saying ‘Investment in working capital’ !!!), and then in details for each item of working capital in the following chapters.

If, on the other hand, you really mean the financing policy (which is something completely different) then this is all explained in Chapter 3 also.

The lectures are a complete course for Paper FM (it is no longer called Paper F9) and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well. They should be watched in order – it is pointless to try and look at topics in isolation because they are all inter-related.

Sir i meant conservative, aggressive and moderate approach. So is this financing policy and i couldn’t find the lecture videos for the same. I am having a tough time understanding and applying the knowledge of these policies in Questions.

Yes – you mean the financing of working capital (not the investing in working capital) and this is all explained in my lectures as I wrote in my previous reply.

Have you actually watched all of the lectures???
