Greetings,
I just wanted to know whether the ACCA will share the outcome of the results with my approved learning provider or not?If yes, then is there a way to opt out of this?Thank you.

General ACCAWill your Results be Communicated to the Learning Provider?
Short answers - Yes and No.
One of the benefits of being a Gold Approved Learning Partner (see https://www.accaglobal.com/vn/en/learning-provider/approved-learning-partner/gold-approved-learning-partner.html) is:
"- access to our Results Service analysis"
One of the requirements for a Gold ALP to be eligible to apply for Platinum status (https://www.accaglobal.com/vn/en/learning-provider/approved-learning-partner/platinum-approved-learning-partner.html) is:
"- have met Platinum pass rate targets over at least two consecutive, combined exam sessions (ie considering all four sessions within a 12-month period)"
The Ts & Cs of a Gold or Platinum ALP will therefore say that you give your permission - for example: "By enrolling in a xxx course, you hereby give xxx permission to share your ACCA student number with the ACCA for the purpose of the ACCA result service.
Additionally, by enrolling in a xxx course, you hereby give permission to the ACCA to share your exam results with xxx. xxx will not share your result with any third party."
There is no opt-out.
Hi- I've been asked by my school to connect and here's what the data sharing description says?
You retain the right to withdraw your consent by removing the connection at any time through your myACCA portal
You are writing about access through myACCA portal. Gold and Platinum Approved Learning Partners receive their students results through ACCA's results service - a service that ALPs pay for.
By enrolloing with an ALP, a student gives permission for ACCA to share exam results with the ALP. There is no opt-out for this.
