First of all, I know this kind of question might be answered well enough in this forum but I’m still not sure about my case.
Long story shorts: I got 2 modules left (I took the AFM in Dec), and I’m aiming to finish all exams in mid-year of 2024. My career is a rough path with a lot of changes, I certainly cannot get my past years experience be signed so I hope I can get a signing with currently manager. I now can settle a bit with a budget-relating position but my manager doesn’t have financial background so after read ACCA stuff related to this matter I’m confused is my current manager is adequate for signing my PER in future. And how the process should be taken?
Assuming your manager is not a qualified accountant he/she CANNOT sign off on your performance objectives
