Sir I wanted to understand how the two of them are different. To me it seems that both of them in a way are just ways to prepare budgets keeping in mind the varying outlooks of future. What’s the fine line that separates the two topics-what -if analysis and scenario planing?

They are effectively the same. Any distinction is irrelevant for Paper MA.
