can i use june 2020 exam kit for sept 2022 exam? if i do so, will there be a difference in type and format of questions asked?
June 17, 2022 at 6:48 am #658899You can use the old kit. However from September 2022 each exam will have 20 professional skills marks.: 10 in the case study Q1 in Section A and 5 in each of the 25-mark questions in Section B. The four professional skills relevant to AFM are: Communication; Analysis and Evaluation; Scepticism; Commercial Acumen..
These are only identified in your answer by the marker when the marking is being performed ie there are no specific syllabus elements to look out for. They are awarded more for sth,e and maturity of the answer.
Presumably new exam kits will in some way refer to there (eg if they have some answers printed with marks alongside) but in most cases no changes will have been made to answers because they will have been assumed to have already been professional.
See the specimen exam on the ACCA site for how the questions will be worded.
