Hi All,
At what point are we allowed by ACCA to use the designation? Is it allowable to use it after paying the full membership fee and only waiting for the certificate? Or is it upon receiving the certificate?
Does anyone know?

I would expect the referenced e-mails to confirm rather than the certificate – since certificates are sent out only once a quarter.
