I know this may not be relevant to this section of the website, however, I would appreciate if any of the tutors could help me here with the following issue I have.
Today is the last standard entry date for SBR exam booking. I had been preparing for this exam for the last three months.
I tried all payments methods unfortunately some of them are not working and some I can use because my phone has been damaged. Only the right side of the screen is visible and left side isn't.
I can't call them as my phone doesn't have international call option.
Please note I'm in unusual circumstances and some of the reason are beyond my control. I have been studying day in and day out to for this exam and I would be very disappointed if it didn't get book today.
If anyone here have contacts with ACCA could they arrange any way that would allow me to make payments.
At present, I have access to QR code UPI payments on my airtel and federal bank account using the right side of the screen of my phone.

I paid for the exam, the payment was accepted but I didn't receive any confirmation. It shows that I have not made any payments. I have raised the issue on the acca portal under the label "case". I wonder why it is called a case now.
19d ago#2An ACCA case reference number is a unique tracking ID generated when you submit an inquiry, request, or complaint through your MyACCA portal.
19d ago#3Sorry. All I can suggest is that you contact the ACCA. We have no connections at all with exam bodies.
I contacted them. The exam has been booked.
Strange questions and question related problems arise ever since i started studying SBR. I don't know how to solve such questions without genuine guidance of someone. I hope you get it.
