May you please assist . \i am just about to start working on my RAP and i want to know if Netflix Inc qualifies a a company under topic 8 and 15 as a media company
Please refer to page 1 of the thread Topic 8 & 15 fpr P39 & 40 (where incidentally as it already exists we would prefer you to post rather than open a new thread). It states at the end ‘filmed entertainment’ which would seem to capture Netflix.
4030 Media (5500 in older version) 40301010 and 40301035 Broadcasting & Entertainment (5553 in older version) – Producers, operators and broadcasters of radio, television, music and filmed entertainment.
You will need to ensure that your comparator also falls within these parameters
