December 8, 2010 at 9:11 am #73227So! Now, I suppose, I’m no longer your number 1 favourite law tutor! Sorry, but they were only guesses!
December 8, 2010 at 9:31 am #73228Cmon Mike u r a wonderful tutor and u will continue to be our favourite tutor! We dont expect tutors to be astrologers! Your contributions to several students around the globe is matchless, mere guessing is not a parameter to test! U have given us several hours of guidance absolutely free and we will always hold u in high esteem!
December 10, 2010 at 2:59 am #73229O come on Mike….you are the best and will be the best…I just did this analysis to show the varying patterns of guesses…June 10…yours tips hit rate was 60% and Kaplan only 30%.
YOu are still my number 1…as you see your lectures and notes were/are very helpful in the exams…i used very plain (direct english). Your point-expansion technique…I used it a lot. Also, what i did instead of just giving the stand-alone case reference…i did in the next bullet point….An example may be seen in a well established case (Bhullar v Bhullar)….and that gave me about 2.5 lines…the paper was ok…wasn’t expecting the boring dividend legality question…Q8 was fine on intention.
It was done very well just because of you…as you were in my mind…what/how Mike might be doing the question…
Thanks….love you
