Sir, ‘the paradigm’ is apparently conservative and inhibits innovation as opposed to culture. Can you please explain why?

Paradigm = assumption about what the organisation is. So, it would seem that what is being described is an organisation that hates and resists change.

I don’t know what the last bit means “…as opposed to culture”.

Oh okay. My bad I didnt shape my question correctly.

Btw sir, can it be said that the paradigm is a combination of the different physical manifestations, ie the other 6 parts of the web or is it a separate and different type of factor in culture?

I have always assumed it was separate but affects the others.
