I was practicing this question related to pestel model please explain the points under environmental… why does and old building will be less energy efficient and heating costs will be high cannot understand this point …and what does is mean by the museum.need to adopt appropriate policies on recycling and energy conservation
This is Q1
In general old buildings, whether commercial or private, are much less energy efficient than new ones: poor insulation in the walls, draughty windows, energy-hungry heating systems. That’s just a fact of life.
Energy costs are rising (usually) and many members of the public have become worried about carbon emissions and would expect important institutions like the National Museum to lead by example.
