At the end of this section there is costs of information heading showing "the cost of obtaining external data" Direct search cost from its name it is direct cost Indirect access cost from its name it is indirect management cost-is it direct or indirect cost? Examples Recording, processing and dissemination of external infiormation wasted time due to information overload wasted time on excessive processing Infrastucture cost so it is direct cost due ot given examples Examples installation, testing time theft-is it direct cost or indirect? Examples lost time cost of monitoring and disciplinary procedures information load could you please explain the ones which I asked.
