Sir i have been told technical articles are essential for stratergic exam BUT there are so many techincal articles and each article takes so long to read are we supposed to read each one of them?

But, where articles refer to technical topics (e.g. share based pay), you may not need to spend as much time if you are happy with these topics. Just have a go at the examples in the articles.
But make sure that you pay close attention to the other articles - e.g. framework, interpretation.
