Hey Can you help me? Are the following terms stages of Tuckman’s model of team development?Consolidating and Experimenting
I know about Forming,Storming,Norming,Performing and Dorming what about this one’s above
They are certainly not part of any Tuckman theory I know of.
If you search the internet you can find a few references which use the word ‘consolidating’ to describe what happens during norming and which use ‘experimenting’ to describe what happens during storming. However, Forming,Storming,Norming,Performing and Dorming are the classic, widely expected parts of Tuckman’s model and you should stick with those.
