    can you please explain the line below in easy words. This is mentioned in notes too.
    ”in tall narrow structure because each manager looks after a few people there can be close supervision. indeed it might not be mere supervision: it might be closer to reperformance or interference.”

    If a manager is looking after only two people, the manager will probably have lots of time to supervise the staff and might even continuously and closely monitor everything staff do. This almost amounts to reperformance of staff duties. It will irritate staff and is wasteful of time.
