I am a full time acca student who is trying to pursue it through the self study mode. How can we finish studying f1 in a month? since it is vastly theoretical how can we proceed?

The approach is much the same as any other ACCA paper. Spend some time reading a study text or watching OpenTuition lectures and reading notes to learn the syllabus. Once you've done this start practicing questions using an exam kit. Question practice is key.
With 1 month full time studying it is perfectly possible to pass F1 if you practice lots of questions.
