sir, can you please explain me the concept of “the system of streamlines comapny registration” and ” confirmation statement and the register of people with significant control”.
actually i prepared f4(global) using the old text book (bpp for exams from 1st september 2016 to 31st auguat 2017). now there is some changes in f4 syallabus. and i did not find any lectures or course notes here. so can you please explain these. also can you please tell me about the new exam format? especially objective type questions( whether we will have options).

I didn’t answer you within 1 hour and 15 minutes – so you posted again!

What exactly do you wish to know about ‘streamlined company registration’?

What exactly do you wish to know about ‘confirmation statement’? and

What exactly do you wish to know about ‘the register of people with significant control’?

sir , as i already mentioned,i m using the bpp text book for exams from 1st sep 2015 to 31st aug 2016. now there is changes in f4 syllabus. like there are some additions and amendments. and these are the additions (i.e streamlined company registration and confirmation statement and register of people with significant control). as i don’t have the new updated text book, i don’t know what i should exaclty study from these topics . so can u please tell me whether these topics are important and what i should study from these topics?

‘as i already mentioned,i m using the bpp text book for exams from 1st sep 2015 to 31st aug 2016’

    Where have you mentioned that????

There’s very little in them and even if there were a question on both of those topics you’re still only looking at 4 marks

Put them out of your mind and get practicing from the August 2016 revision kit / exam kit

If you can’t put them out of your mind …

… here’s a good link for register of persons with significant control

    https://www.icaew.com/en/technical/legal-and-regulatory/company-law/register-of-persons-with-significant-control

and a link for confirmation statements

    https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/confirmation-statement

But remember, if you do nothing at all about them and pretend that they don’t exist … it’s a maximum of 4 marks in the exam!

I’m not sure that it’s September 2015 to August 2017 even now!
The text books are normally valid for one year only. Are you telling me that you have a copy that is valid for two years?

    Hmmm!

What can I say that doesn’t sound patronising?

    Nothing!

    So I won’t say anything
