Sir can u pls explain what is strategic project management?
Project management is the process of taking a project from start to finish.
Strategic project management is the process of managing complex projects by combining business strategy and project management techniques in order to implement the business strategy. Essentially strategic project management looks at the big picture, and how the project can improve the company’s competitiveness as a whole.
