Profit on sale of non-current assets is the actual profit gained from the transaction (Carrying value - SP) Proceeds on sale of non-current assets - The selling price (correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not really good with cash flows :P)

Ali is correct - the profit on sale is the difference between the sale proceeds and the carrying value. The cash received is the sales proceeds. (Ali, thanks for answering, but this forum is for the tutor to answer, and the tutor for F3 is me :-) The general F3 forum is for anyone to answer)
