On topics 13 and 14, how many business practices am i supposed to look into? One or more?

Choose a company that has many poor or good practices - otherwise you are not going to find sufficient to analyse and evaluate.
It is usually easier to find one with poor ethics than good ethical practices - (an indictment of the world we live in!)
