SIGRA CO (DEC 12 ADAPTED)

1. in the part (b), answer sheet have already multiplied with x 3/2 but why do we multiply 3 with 3.644 and 2 with 4.5 in the last part AGAIN ??? Shouldn't we suppose to multiply with 3/2 only one time ??? since the answer sheet have multiplied 3/2 in the number of shares and in the share price at the last part, isn't accounting 3/2 twice ? 2.in part (b), i do not understand why share price is multiplied with 3/2 when the number of shares are already multiplied with 3/2 ??? also the question says three shares for two of Dentro Co's shares. shouldn't 3/2 be multiplied with number of shares only ? not in share price ?
