this part says: Identify and analyze the main elements of strategic change required .....
i am using kaplan text and the last chapter deals with change. but i simply could not apply anything in that chapter to answer this part.
the answer even talks about turnaround strategy and i looked for it in the text but cd not find it.
i could have used common sense but can u please point me to where i can read more on 'elements of strategic change'?

9y ago#1I think I might have started with the type and scope of change (Big Bang). Then I would have gone on to look at change methodologues and POPIT )see p95 of the OT notes).
Different to the model answer but at least making use of models in a reasonable way.
