Dear Tutor, creche service attracted 3600 new customers(except for the original customer of gym which is 9900 (open days 30*330 customer per day) to th gym will use car park because it is expected to continue to use cark cark (80%).Since car park locates onsite cafe and closure of cafe will not prevent customers using car park. Coming to creche service itself, 3600 customers have also average 2 children meaning that their parent had already paid car park fee when replacing cafe service with creche (which above mentioned 3600 customer attracted by the service) so it is pure relating to children.
