General ACCASeptember 18 ACCA exam results countdown

Got an email from ACCA yesterday about preparing to pass and information about PER.did anyone get it.is it too early to read meaning into emails.am a finalist with just one paper to go

I have also received an email yesterday with the same subject to what you are referring to @atomicity... Prepare to pass and it also contains info about PER. But I am NOT a finalist. It is actually a newsletter. Hope this helps.

I had a dream (or a nightmare) the other day that I failed my exams!!

I also had a dream.when it was time to to start the exams.my exams docket was missing and I had to run to internet cafe to print another one wen the exams had started already.all the internet cafe I went to there was a problem so I couldn't print it.when I check my time the exams had started over an hr ago and I wake up.may be its because I have been thinking too much about my last paper I wrote in September 18 exams.oh God help me to pass

I have noticed something. When ever am awaiting exams results and I click on exams docket.I see my previous exams docket,but this time when I click on exams docket I see information about December 18 exams docket, and it says exams docket for December 18 will be released exactly 2 weeks after the close of standard exams deadline.may be ACCA has change their website now.can everybody confirm it for me both finalist and non finalist

In two weeks time, results would be released. I pray I pass SBL

No, it's my first paper. I got exemption for F1-F9. So I have four papers to qualify. I am a chartered accountant in my country.

What do you mean by link theory to be activated?

The link theory is one that may, or may not, work when awaiting the final exam result for ACCA so firstly only works for finalists. I am not a finalist so haven't looked into it but have seen it mentioned quite a lot. It is essentially checking the web address of a certain part of the ACCA login what shows the letter 'S' if a student or 'M' if a member. In theory it works based on the fact ACCA upload the results on the Thursday before they are released but of course the results can't be viewed on that day, only the ACCA systems updated. Hopefully that makes sense and is roughly how I believe it is meant to work.

When you click on docket in myacca what do you see.do you see your previous exams docket,eg September 18 docket.it was a theory in 2013 countdown that's why am asking

What happens if you do not see your previous exams docket? Is it likely you passed?

Is that suppose to work only for finalists again? What if you can see it? I can't, but I'm not a finalist.

In previous countdown those who sees their previous docket or exams fails.it was in 2013.but I don't know if ACCA has changed their website

Yes,I see same thing.I believed ACCA have redesigned it website so that theory doesn't work again.am a finalist and see same thing as razaq.unless others see different thing

I see the same. It doesn't make much sense anyway...why anybody (passed or failed) should be able too see a docket for exam session that has passed? Even if I have to resit the exam, I'll need a new docket for future session and, most importantly, I have to pay first for that future exam....

I hope so because if not there will be disaster.the hope is when you read how SBL will be marked,ACCA says they will give marks for any reasonable answer you give because for SBL there is no one right answer.there are several ways of solving a problem. When you google how will ACCA mark strategic business leader, you will get the information
