Hi John,
Question 32 b where we are asked to discuss whether the company can breach the contract with Encompass Health, can our answer be different from what is given in the answer sheet of that paper ?

Yes. The examiners answers to written parts of questions are only suggested answers, and are more than is expected from students.
Any valid points would get the marks (although the points made in the examiners answer are good ones).
