which of the following factors indicated that the person is self employed rather than employee
1- the person owns their own tools
2-a person is paid a salary net of tax
3- person may not delegate their work to someone else
what is the correct answer ?
Well, given the three options that you have shown, the obvious one is option 1 – the fact that the individual involved owns her own tools
But in practice, the test of employed / self employed is based on a combination of matters none of which in isolation would be taken to be definitive
OK?
OK , thank you so much ^^
You’re very welcome
