Hi there,
Are scenarios (allow managers to visualise alternative futures in highly uncertain business environments) examinable in the P3 paper?
I have seen a question around this in a BPP revision text book but can’t seem to find content around it in the course notes.
Thanks in advance!
All the study guide says is:
“Prepare scenarios reflecting different assumptions about the future environment of an organisation.”
This would have to be very much based on informatoin given in the question. Therefore, I don’t think the theory of scenario analysis is needed.
