Hi there,
Are scenarios (allow managers to visualise alternative futures in highly uncertain business environments) examinable in the P3 paper?
I have seen a question around this in a BPP revision text book but can't seem to find content around it in the course notes.

"Prepare scenarios reflecting different assumptions about the future environment of an organisation."
This would have to be very much based on informatoin given in the question. Therefore, I don't think the theory of scenario analysis is needed.
