Search of employment in the UK

I am an Acca member and also have an MBA in accounting and finance. Am from Africa and my work experience is obtained from sectors I have worked for in Zambia. Am looking for opportunities to work from the UK. I have not worked with any of the big accounting firms as my experience is sector based and I specialise in financial reporting. Is there anyone who has managed to seek employment from the UK and has been successfull? Kindly advice
