Restatement of audited FS

Can 31 dec 2022 Audited & approved FS be restated and reissued as at 31 Dec 2022 for approval again? (Restatement is due to error in FS).

3y ago#1Depends on the legislation in the country where company operates. In UK for example I would contact the Registrar of Companies.
But not really an SBR question.
