FROM YOUR ON EXPERIENCE ON AN EVERYDAY STUDY IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO START STUDYING FOR BA4 NOW AND SIT FOR EXAMS LATEST 30TH FEBRUAY?

It is impossible for me to give you an answer – I don’t know if you are working or if you are studying full time. I don’t know how easy or difficult you find the topics.
How long it takes you to study depends on both of the above.I suggest that you start studying immediately and see how you are finding the topics!
