What do you make of the recent article which has been uploaded on technical articles with regards to ''AUDITING DISCLOSURES IN FINANCIAL STATEMENTS''. Can this come up as a scenario based question or it can only be asked as a theory question?

Difficult for me to answer that - I don't know, and ACCA won't tell me, what topics have been examined since the ACCA started setting 4 exams each year
Safest approach would be to read technical articles from the most recent last three years - that should be enough
